Dearest friends..
Last Fri was my company D&D.. something bad and something good turn out frm the D&D...
Lets talk abt happy stuff first.. I took part in the company team idol and we won!!! haha.. My colleague wanted to join the competition, so 5 of us decided to join in the fun.. We choose a chinese song (张震岳 - 爱的初体验). We did some practicing during lunch and after work and also talk abt wat to wear... haha.. it was fun.. but something cropped up and i do not wish to talk abt it here.. but i only get to see the ugly side of corporate world...
During the performance, i guess we all were pretty nervous and to us, the performance turn out a bit off the mark.. haha.. but my colleauges was saying that we were high in the performance... haha.. anyway we had our share of fun and we won $500 cash!! haha.. The highlight and the most important part of the dinner is the lucky draw!! That is always the long awaited part of the dinner.. haha.. and to my SURPRISE!!! I AM THE FIRST PRIZE WINNER!! I was shock when the emcee announce my number!!! haha.... I WON $2000 Travel Voucher!!!! After the dinner end, alot of pple came to congratulate me but they also didnt forget that I also won the Top prize from the Family day... hahha.. guess this yr, it is really a lucky year for me.. haha
Now talk abt the sad stuff.. one of my colleauge, he is from IT department.. He also took part in the Team Idol.. he played the guitar and his dad (also one of our company staff) and some other colleauge sang "Yesterday"... On Sat (the day after D&D) around evening time i receive a sms that he pass away!!! I was shock when i receive the SMS.. Apprently, he died in his sleep... He is only 26 this year and he just left us... To all my friends, pls treasure life and live them to the fullest...

U r so lucky this yr. And if i remember correctly, u also won some prizes during the cake baking competition right? Wow... When will it be my turn? =p My fact is totally different from ur's, mine sucks... Haiz.
Hmm, what happen to ur colleague? Is he sick or? If not he won't passed away just like that right? Anyway, dun think too much. Life is like this, unpredictable.
sneeziehamster, he is not sick he happen to be a really healthy youngster who like ruby and soccer and exercise regularly.. like wat u say, life is unpredictable.. when it is ur time to go, u will go..
You are so lucky always :) Update your blog more yah! Life is like this, you can be healthy and do tons of exercise but you will never knows which part of your body already had problems, not functioning well. By the time, when some signals getting to reveal, it might be too late to cure. So we must learn to live life to the fullest and be happy.
