My little love...

This post is late for three months.. it is kind of a long post so bear with me..

I have an announcement that i feel like shouting to the whole world to show how excited I am.. "We are going to be parents!!"

Everyone close to me knows that me and hubby adore kids.. But because we wanted some time on our own, we plan to start our project B after one year of marriage.. oh well we didn't start after one year cause i wanted to go some where for our second honeymoon since i won the $2k travel voucher during the D&D last year.. We started to let natural take it course during the trip.. Well this little life is not made in Korea.. haha.. but i am still very happy to welcome this little life..

Going thru how i find out abt my pregnancy and the 2 mths plus after that..

Having a bad stomach cramp.. tot that my mense is coming.. I slept quite abit during the day. later, hubby arrange to meet my sister in law for dinner at CCK.. was throwing my temper for a long wait for his brother coz i was kind of hungry.. Opps.. is this the first sign? haha..

Decided to buy the pregnancy kit coz i wasn't sure that cramp was a PMS sign.. coz i never had this kind of cramps before..

Early in the morning, I tested and show a positive line!! Hubby was smiling when he saw the sign.. I know he is happy.. Oh.. in the morning, after he drop me near my office, he called his sister to tell her the news.. haha.. he was actually asking her to convince me to see a gynea to confirm.. haha.. i know he is anxious but it is my reporting deadline this 2 days and i promise him to go on Wed..

Was having a bad cramp again.. and i couldn't sleep well the last night.. in the morning, when i go to work, the cramp was still there.. I work till abt 9+ then i tell my colleague abt the cramp.. she and my sister urge me to visit a gynea... Called my sister in law to arrange to got to the gynea clinic at Mount E (Dr Alex Ooi) coz her friend is working there...

I walked there and realise that the cramp was better but since i was there might as well determine if I'm really pregnant. Hearing it from a doctor/nurse is always better than your own self deduction... it didnt turn out to a good visit.. coz we did the scan and cant see the baby.. instead, the doc saw some excess fluid outside the uterus.. he is worried abt hving ectopic pregnancy... He suggested to do a urine test again to confirm that i was pregnant.. The test show a faint line.. he confirm that i was in the early stage of my pregnancy. The nurse told me to be careful. Doc give me folid acid and some supplements.. was schedule to see him in 2 weeks time.. in the mean time. i try to keep myself positive and not to think abt the risk of hving ectopic pregnancy..

My sister kind of sense my fear.. so she took half day to go to the check up with me.. my dearest hubby cant excuse himself from reservist cause they are hving out field training.. oh well was anxious for the check up.. haha.. I was joking to my sister.. with her going to the clinic with me everyone will think i am going check up with her instead.. haha..

We were late coz there are no bus.. we waited quite a while for my turn at the clinic.. doc was asking how i was feeling since the last visit.. then the scan.. I was kind of worried.. but it didn't last long.. doc located the sac and showed a small figure and pumping heart! He on the volume of the scanning machine and i could hear the heartbeat!! oh.. I was kind of touched and relief.. haha.. doc confirm that i was 6 weeks preg and bb will be due on 20 Jan 2009!! still a little mouse.. hehe..

Called hubby right after we were out from Mount E and told him my encounter with the little life inside me.. He was excited and disappointed he cant come with me..

The next few weeks, morning sickness sink in.. was feeling very nausea and vomited a few time.. hoping and praying that this will past quickly.

Went for my visit to the gynea again.. this time is hubby's first trip to the gynea with me.. visit was normal.. bb is still small.. but doctor say the development is on schedule.. this time is dear's first encounter with the little life.. and i saw him smile when he heard the baby heart beat..

I went shopping alone after the visit coz he need to go back to work.. I was feeling lonely and kind of blame him for always leaving me alone... Sigh.. sometime i wonder if i am too independent that he dun bother much abt my feelings and needs.. even in such time, i still feel that he is not involve much in my pregnancy...

Today in the afternoon i was feeling some crampy feeling in the afternoon when i went for lunch.. but didnt pay much attention coz i felt it might be just that my womb is expanding for baby growth. Just before i went home, i went to the toilet and i saw some blood.. thought it might be just some slight spotting so i tot i go home and monitor first... When i was on the bus, it was quite pack so i didnt get a seat.. i was standing and i felt more and more discomfort and was breaking into cold sweat.. then i felt that i seems to be bleeding.. like mense flow.. when the bus was near my mum's place i got a seat and i found that my pants was slightly wet with blood.. i panic.. i called my gynea and told him what happen and he ask to go to the hospital and prepare to be warded..

I went to my mum's place, change and waited for my parents to be ready. They are sending me to the hospital.. At the hospital, there was no bed!! I waited in the A&E and seems to me that no one is attending to me and i was worried abt my baby... Went to complain to the nurse!! They got me a bed to lie down and explain that they got me a bed and my gynea has instructed them to give me an injection to stablise the baby..

Soon i was injected and pushed to the ward.. stayed one night and i am not suppose to get out of bed... first thing in the morning, my gynea send his nurse to pick me frm the ward to his clinic.. he did and ultra sound for my little love and baby is fine.. now i am suppose rest and stay at home for a week plus.. back to work only on the 21 July.. Tomorrow i will be going for NT scan and my gynea ask me to visit him again as he wan to give me another jab for stablising baby just to be doubly sure.. Shall update again..

Went for my NT scan... baby is fine.. Saw the little hands, legs, ears and spine and saw him sucking his thumb!! hee.. I was happy to see baby so active.. when the sonographer tab on my tummy to ask baby to move, it really turn itself.. hee... was relieve to see baby so active... i told the sonographer that i just bleed on thur.. she help me check on my placenta and she say everything seems fine.. :)

After the scan, i went back to my gynea and was given a jab again... hope that baby will be stable... :)
